In order to offer and provide our clients with the highest standard of residential, commercial and specialized cleaning services, Nossa Cleaning Services must collect, use and disclose relevant information in relation to our clients’ personal service preferences and customized service requirements . This information is considered by NCS to be personal in nature, which is why we have elected to make the following commitments to our clients:
Nossa Cleaning Services will only collect the personal information necessary to provide Nossa Cleaning Services' clients with their customized and consistently high quality cleaning and specialized clean up services.
Nossa Cleaning Services does not collect, use or disclose personal information about any of our clients to a third party without the consent of the client(s), except where required by law or as authorized to do so by legislation.
From time to time Nossa Cleaning Services may disclose personal information about our clients to an authorized agent of Nossa Cleaning Services, on a temporary basis in order to gauge and assess how our commitment to service delivery is meeting the NCS Service Standards and Performance Expectation.
Nossa Cleaning Services uses a password protected software/database application to manage and safeguard our clients’ personal information. Any and all information collected by Nossa Cleaning Services, as it pertains to our clients, employees and third party is kept and maintained in a secure location with monitored and secure access.
Personal information about a clients, including but not limited to their name, address and telephone number, must be disclosed to employees of Nossa Cleaning Services to provide each client with their customized cleaning and specialized clean up services. Nossa Cleaning Services employees have acknowledged their requirements to maintain the explicit confidentiality of this information and will only use it to fulfil the requirements of their employment with Nossa Cleaning Services. Personal information entrusted to employees of Nossa Cleaning Services will at all times be kept confidential and secure.
